NPI Engineering and Prototyping

Elleve's NPI engineering function is dedicated to closing that gap. Our NPI engineers work alongside your design team from before the first board is fabricated. We review schematics for DFM, BOM for sourcing, mechanical for fabrication, and test strategy for coverage — then build first articles, capture findings, and iterate fast. By the time a design transitions to volume production, every issue worth catching has already been caught, and the same operators who built the prototype will build the production run.
