Capabilities included in this service

SMT Assembly

Automated Yamaha SMT lines handling 01005 to 0201 passives, 0.3 mm pitch BGAs, QFNs, LGAs, and fine-pitch QFPs — high speed, high mix.

Through-Hole & Mixed Assembly

Selective soldering, full wave soldering, and hand-loading for complex mixed-technology boards.

Inline Inspection

3D AOI pre- and post-reflow, solder paste inspection (SPI), and offline X-ray for hidden joints (BGA, QFN).

In-Circuit & Functional Test

Flying probe, bed-of-nails ICT, boundary scan, and custom functional test cells exercising the unit as it will operate in the field.

Calibration & Environmental Testing

NABL-traceable calibration through our in-house NABL certified test lab; burn-in, thermal cycling, HALT/HASS where required by application.

Certification Management

BIS (in-house BIS certified test lab), CE, FCC, UL, RoHS, REACH, IEC — managed end to end.

Production Planning

Line load, kit release, fixture readiness, test program release, and traveler issue confirmed before build start.

SMT Assembly

Paste print, SPI, placement on Yamaha SMT lines, reflow with profile control; nitrogen reflow available for fine-pitch and lead-free.

Through-Hole / Mixed Assembly

Selective or wave solder for THT, hand-soldering cells for delicate or odd-form components.

Inspection & Test

AOI, X-ray, ICT, FCT — every board, every build, with per-unit pass/fail data captured.

Calibration & Environmental

Per-unit calibration where required via our NABL/BIS certified test lab; environmental stress screening for harsh-environment products.

Certification dossiers, per-unit test records, and traceability data exported to customer ERP or quality system.
