Tooling and Enclosure Molding

This co-location is the point. Plastic Enclosure Molding

Injection molding for ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PP, and engineering-grade resins; vacuum forming and CNC machining for low-volume needs.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

CNC punching, laser cutting, bending, and welding for steel, aluminum, and stainless steel cabinets, brackets, and chassis.

Test Fixtures & Production Tooling

SMT stencils, pogo-pin bed-of-nails fixtures, programming jigs, assembly aids, and wave-solder pallets — designed and qualified in-house.

Surface Finishing

Powder coating, wet painting, anodizing, plating, and passivation — durable, regulatory-compliant finishes specified to your environment.

Marking, Labeling & IP Sealing

Silk-screen, pad printing, laser etching, regulatory and branding labels; gasket dispensing for IP54, IP65, and IP67 ratings.
